We start preparing your Thekuwa only after the order is placed.
Our chefs follow the traditional recipe using fresh flour, and premium ingredients—never stored or pre-made.

Step 2: Making the Dough

Once the ingredients pass our freshness check, we begin preparing the dough. The dough is kneaded slowly and carefully until it becomes smooth, firm, and perfectly balanced — not too hard, not too soft.This ensures that every Thekuwa gets its ideal crisp texture and rich flavor after frying.

Step 3: Frying

Once the dough is shaped into perfect Thekuwas, we fry them gently in pure, fresh oil at a controlled temperature.
The frying is done slow and steady so each piece:

  • Turns golden brown
  • Cooks evenly from inside
  • Develops a crisp outer layer
  • Releases the signature traditional aroma

Step 4: Cooling & Packing

After frying, every Thekuwa is kept on a clean, elevated cooling tray.
We allow them to cool naturally — no fans, no shortcuts — so the texture stays crisp and the freshness is preserved.

Once cooled: Your Thekuwa is now safely packed, fresh, and ready to ship.

Step 5: Shipping & Delivery

Once your Thekuwa is freshly packed, we hand it over to our trusted courier partners for fast and safe delivery.
